To apply for Online Banking, stop by your nearest F&M office. To speed up the process fill out our online form, then print, sign and return to F&M by one of the following ways: fax it to 931-920-4938; mail it to us at P.O. Box 1130, Clarksville, TN 37040; or drop it by an F&M office. Once your application is received and approved, you'll receive your access ID and password by mail. The first time you access your account, you'll be asked to change your password. If you believe the security of your ID or password has been compromised, contact us promptly at 931-645-2400.
